SJCC's history in the Monterey Area dates back to the 1960's, when the original founder and current owner/principal, John Di Manto, oversaw the construction of approximately 15 hospitality inns and multiple restaurants.  SJCC continued the tradition when a Monterey Office was re-established in 1993, capitalizing on the unique commercial opportunities on the Monterey Peninsula and neighboring counties.
