PROJECT MANAGER
MONTEREY BAY AREA REGION
SJC is seeking a highly experienced
Project Manager for its Monterey Office. The Project Manager is the Company's
"management representative" financially responsible for the successful/profitable
completion of his/her projects.
Requirements:
-
3-5 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN
COMMERCIAL CONTRUCTION, including retail centers,
MOB's, TI's, and concrete tilt-ups
-
Ability to direct all phases of
construction from preliminary design development to project
close-out
-
Ability to estimate projects with the highest level of detail and accuracy
and ability to control/project manage multiple projects and
deadlines
-
Must be
familiar with the Monterey Bay area and Santa Cruz and San Benito
Counties.

Must have excellent communication
skills and speak fluent English

SR. ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
SANTA
CLARA OFFICE
SJC
is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Assistant Project Manager to support
one of our Sr. Project Management teams in our Corporate Santa Clara
office.
Responsibilities:
-
Assist the Sr. PM in the
co-management and tracking of all project paperwork for multiple
projects, including the preparations of ITBs, Contracts, Subcontracts,
RFC's, Change Orders, and Meeting Minutes.
-
Manage and monitor the Submittal
and RFI process.
-
Assist with all phases of construction administration and accounting.
-
Interact with clients,
architects, subcontractors, and vendors to assist the company in
providing outstanding customer service, professional project
management, and the timely completion of all projects.
Qualifications:
-
A minimum of 5 years experience
in a Sr. APM position for a commercial General Contractor.
-
Ability to multi-task and remain
focused in a fast paced environment.
-
Excellent organizational skills,
detail oriented, with an aptitude for numbers.
-
Ability to compose professional
letters and correspondence.
-
A Team Player with the ability
to work cohesively in a team atmosphere.
-
Dependable with good attendance
record.
-
Great work ethics, positive
attitude, good leadership skills, and a commitment to "do your
best" everyday as part of the team.

Proficiency in MS Word, MS
Excel, and MS Project.
-
American Contractor, a plus, but
willing to train.
-
Great personality with a
professional appearance and demeanor.
