San Jose Construction Company, Inc., began operations in March 1984 under the direction of Principals, Patrick S. Di Manto and John Di Manto. SJCC's predecessor company, San Jose Construction and Development Company was founded in 1954 under the direction of John Di Manto.

With its headquarters office located in Santa Clara County and branch offices in Monterey and Livermore, SJCC has the management and construction capabilities to run projects throughout Northern California.

The company is experienced in all areas of commercial general contracting, including new and rehabilitated concrete, steelframe, and woodframe shell buildings, and general and specialized office, lab and manufacturing interior improvements.  SJCC actively participates in negotiated design/build projects, as well as in competitively bid plans and spec projects.

San Jose Construction Company, Inc. has been part of some of the most ambitious and successful projects in the Bay Area and beyond and looks forward to continued growth in 2008.
